Open Mediterranean Brasserie welcomes summer with a new Chef and a new Menu
Anderson Mioto Terra is the latest bet from Inspira Santa Marta Hotel as Chef of the Open Mediterranean Brasserie restaurant.
Anderson graduates at the Estoril Hotel and Tourism School, and describes himself as a passionate about gastronomy, having started his career at the LuzMar restaurant and brewery in Cascais, then going on to Quinta da Marinha, Hotel & Golf Resort.
The professional career of the new Chef also passes through renowned hotels including Penha Longa Resort, Grande Real Villa Italia Hotel and Myriad by Sana Hotels. In 2016, Anderson Mioto Terra becomes Executive Chef of the Aqua Village Health Resort & Spa creating his own gastronomic confections.
He returns to Lisbon to head the kitchen of the Open Brasserie Mediterranica launching a new summer Menu.
